Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
Respond to queries either in person, over the call, or via email
Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively, using available resources such as helpdesk software, knowledge bases, and manuals
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software as needed
Document, track, and monitor technical issues to ensure timely resolution and to maintain a record of technical issues and solutions
Test and evaluate new technologies and software to determine their compatibility with existing systems
Provide training and support to end-users on new hardware and software systems
Ensure compliance with security protocols, policies, and procedures related to computer systems and data protection
Strong technical background and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
