Scrum Master - Power Platform @ Bounteous x Accolite

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).

Guide the team on Agile practices and support high performance through continuous improvement.

Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and DevOps Engineers to deliver platform enhancements and maintain operational excellence.

Ensure technical solutions meet platform stability, scalability, and security standards.

Drive Agile maturity by coaching team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.

Track and report key performance metrics (velocity, sprint health, team capacity).

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master role.

Exposure to Power Platform Projects and MS Dynamics 365 would be highly preferred.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proven ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple priorities.

Agile or Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.) preferred.
