IndusInd Bank is hiring Business Development Executive/ Managers for CASA sales experience for Mumbai Location!!!

Job Opportunity in rolls of the Bank for deserving young candidates with good communication skills and pleasant personality.

Job Role: Business Development Executive/ Manager for CASA sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Achieve the Sales Targets (CA/SA) set in terms of NTB, Value & product mix.
Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets across the designated Product lines
Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics for his/ her assigned territory
Achieve defined quality parameters in terms of AMB depletion/FTR %/ UID penetration and NBD penetration.

Achieve Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.

Work Experience :

1. 1-6yrs of experience in BFSI and NBFC sector.

2. Candidates having work experience of Mumbai market is mandatory

Age Criteria : Up to 28yrs

Job Location : Mumbai

Career Path :
