Making inbound /outbound calls.
Generate leads/prospects over the phone
Follow up with incoming leads.
Coordination with sales team to ensure maximum walk in conversion.
Maintaining accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis.
Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client
