Job Description
Overview:
The AI/ML Architect is a strategic technical leader responsible with experience of around 15-17years for designing end-to-end AI solutions that leverage autonomous agent engineering, cutting-edge enterprise AI, and generative AI capabilities. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to respond to RFPs, drive solutioning efforts, and oversee project delivery across diverse AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture Design:
- Develop and maintain robust AI/ML solution architectures that incorporate the latest innovations such as autonomous AI agents, scalable business intelligence systems, and generative AI platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, UX experts, and business strategists) to translate complex business requirements into innovative technical designs.
- Evaluate emerging AI trends and technology advancements to inform solution blueprints and architectural roadmaps.
- RFP Response Proposal Development:
- Lead the technical response process for Requests for Proposal (RFPs) by designing comprehensive solution frameworks that resonate with client needs.
- Craft detailed technical proposals and presentations to articulate the strategic advantages and ROI of AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to refine proposal strategies and ensure alignment with market requirements.
- Project Delivery Technical Leadership:
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from conceptual design through implementation, testing, and deployment ensuring projects meet quality, performance, and regulatory standards.
- Engage in hands-on technical problem solving and mentor project teams on best practices in AI/ML solution development and integration.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Stakeholder Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal teams, clients, and executive stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of AI strategies and project progress.
- Lead technical review sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to highlight project advancements and drive consensus on architectural decisions.
- Innovation Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current on industry trends, research publications, and competitive landscapes to incorporate innovative ideas into solution design.
- Continuously assess and improve existing AI platforms and processes to optimize performance, scalability, and user experience.
Required Skills Qualifications:
- Overall experience of 15-17 years with 2-3 years in project management.
- Proven experience in AI/ML architecture, solution design, or a related technical leadership role, preferably within environments that handle autonomous agent engineering and enterprise AI solutions.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, data pipelines, cloud architectures, and modern development practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in responding to RFPs and crafting compelling technical proposals that align with business objectives.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and generative AI.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of translating technical complexities into clear business value.
