Job Description

Position Summary:

Own & oversee revenue recognition, AR management, customer account reconciliation, books closing and audit support

Detailed Job Functions:

Responsible managing the billing team for timely invoicing and revenue recognition as per customer contract terms and in compliance with US GAAP
Project accounting and monitoring project profitability analysis
Accounting and tracking unbilled and unearned revenue
Follow up for client contracts and Purchase orders
Publish weekly AR reports and participate in AR review calls
Reconcile customer accounts and share SOA to Sales Operation steam on request
Ensure month end closing activities with respect to revenue and AR
Publish monthly revenue report and revenue forecast
Supervise, train and coach & motivate team for high productively.

Additional Comments

Netsuite ERP experience preferred
