Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- This role requires good client-facing skills.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the alternative asset and capital market with a focus on Private Credit and Private Equity Fund Operations.
- Proficient in the basics of SQL for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in fund accounting and reporting.
- A good knowledge of any ALM tool like JIRA, Rally, Azure Boards etc.
- Should be able to work with distributed teams in Agile development environment.
