Conquer Technologies is looking for Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey A Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for:. Developing and managing relationships with key customers, with the goal of increasing revenue and customer loyalty. . Identifying new business opportunities. . Negotiating contracts and agreements with key customers. . Collaborating with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met. . Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. . Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues. . Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition and market changes. . Achieving sales targets and reporting on sales activities and progress. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts, and experience in sales and customer relationship management. A deep understanding of the industry and market they are serving is also desirable.
