Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Overseas Education Consultant to guide students in choosing the right courses and countries for higher education abroad. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on universities, courses, admission procedures, visa processes, and career prospects. You will play a key role in shaping the academic and professional future of aspiring students.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Counsel students on study options abroad based on their career goals, academic background, and financial capabilities.

    • Provide accurate information regarding universities, courses, admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, tuition fees, and living costs.

    • Guide students throughout the application process including documentation, statement of purpose, and interview preparation.

    • Assist students with visa applications and provide support for pre-departure arrangements.

    • Maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions overseas.

    • Stay updated on immigration policies, international education trends, and destination-specific requirements.

    • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events to generate leads and build brand awareness.

    • Maintain proper records of student interaction and applications through CRM tools.

    • Provide excellent after-admission support and follow-up with students.


    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Counseling background preferred).

    • 2 years of experience in overseas education consulting or a related field (Freshers with a passion for international education may also apply).

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong knowledge of international education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Singapore, Europe, etc.).

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.


    Preferred Skills:

    • Multilingual abilities (especially English + regional or international language).
