People management: Manages team of gold loan managers in entire city
Business development: Involves actively in marketing and business development aspects on field
Assists Gold loan managers in visiting customers house for critical cases
Drives the team and handles their roadblocks
Assists gold loan managers/GLFH in lead generations, BTL marketing
Serve as bridge between HO and team
Motivate team
Ensure customer satisfaction
