We are looking for a .NET Microservices & React/Redux Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable microservices solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, combining expertise in .NET Core for backend services and React/Redux for front-end development, ensuring high-quality, performant, and integrated solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of microservices using .NET Core and React/Redux-based front-end applications.
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance systems with a focus on microservices and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and implement business requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices and coding standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, including CI/CD and automation.
- Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems, optimizing performance and security.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in .NET Core, React, and Redux, with a focus on microservices architecture.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading development teams.
- In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
