Job Description:
  • Application Support : Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to .NET applications in production environments.
  • Issue Diagnosis : Identify root causes of performance issues, errors, or failures in .NET-based systems and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaboration : Work with development teams to reproduce and debug issues and assist in deploying patches or new releases.
  • Incident Management : Respond promptly to incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
L4 (Level 4) Support :
  • Primary role : Specialized, expert-level support. This level is typically composed of developers , engineers , or vendors who are responsible for solving the most complex or critical issues.
  • Examples of tasks : Resolving highly specialized or custom issues that cannot be fixed by L3, code-level debugging, or integration problems that require development knowledge. L4 may also handle issues that are related to system design, architecture, or performance bottlenecks.
  • Skillset : Highly advanced technical expertise, often in development, architecture, or specific vendor products. L4 support may also collaborate with software vendors or developers to resolve issues
