We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seasoned Java Spring Boot Microservices expert to guide the development and implementation of microservices-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have standards of code quality, security, and performance.

Lead the development and implementation of microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and solutions.
Ensure code quality, security, and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
