The Cyber Defense Manager is responsible for leading and managing the security posture of the organization, ensuring the protection of critical assets across on-premises and cloud environments. This role involves conducting security assessments, managing cybersecurity risks, enforcing compliance with regulations, and implementing security frameworks. The manager will oversee security operations, lead cloud security initiatives, manage the Security Operations Center (SOC), and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate cyber threats. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and frameworks such as MITRE ATTCK, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001. This role requires a proactive, strategic, and analytical mindset to continuously improve the organizations security resilience.
