Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of flight operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of flight schedules, routes, and logistics.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with airline management to develop business plans, set goals, and monitor performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 3-15 years of experience in the aviation industry or related field (TPF/TPFD).
- Strong knowledge of airlines' operations, including route planning, scheduling, and logistics management.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.
