Job Description

Handling day to day operations in a professional manner.

Maintaining correct stock levels, Reorder levels in stores, wards etc.

Receiving, Organising required stocks on regular basis.

Raising GRNs correctly and within time limits.

Dispensing of drugs must be correct & as per prescriptions.

Patient education while dispensing medicine etc.

Handling near expiry medicines & consumables including wards.

Monthly Audits.

Attend trainings about departmental protocols for hospital

Maintaining Statutory guidelines in Pharmacy, stores.

Preparing checklists required as per NABH guidelines.

To submit reports like daily statistics, KPI to managers.

Maintaining correct documentation.

To actively participate in PTC meetings & presenting data for the same.

Handling Inspections.

Maintaining safe & clean environment in pharmacy by complying with regulations.

To handle any other responsibility assigned from time to time.
