Job Description
Role & Responsibilities :
- Designing and updating job descriptions.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards).
- Screening resumes and application forms.
- Conducting interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Managing job postings and recruitment campaigns.
- Conducting background checks and verifying references.
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Monitoring key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and source of hire.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates effectively.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
