We are looking for professionals with over 2+ years of
HR Operationsexperience.
Job Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
Shift Timings: US Shift
HR Operations Role:Responsibilities:- Drive Operational Excellence within Team and support OE Focal. Liaise with Operational Excellence Team as required.
- Raises relevant quality and/ or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible.
- Must have clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent
- Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI. Liaise with Service Management Team on reporting performance measures to the Client
- Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls
- Must read, understand and analyze client process as per the business rules
- Work collaboratively with all internal & Third party stakeholders to achieve Business goals
Experience- a. People Relations experience a plus
- b. Team handling experience is a must.
- c. Workday Experience a plus
- d. HR Domain certification would be a plus
- e. Strong MS Office and Excel skills
- f. Proficient with Operational Excellence Practices
- g. Should have prior People Mgmt experience (Minimum 2-3 years)
- Education Qualification - All Grads/Post Grads (Including B.E/B.Tech)
- Experience Required - 2 Years + in HR Domain (Leave of Absence, Employee Data Management, Compensation, Learning Admin, Reporting,Employee Relations, Performance & Succession)
- NP: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Max 30 days )
Required Candidate profile
Skills Required:2+ Years Comp & Benefit and Performance management process experience with similar background
Experience of working on Successfactors is a must
Knowledge of MS Office/Excel Skills would be a plus
Learning AdminSkills Required:Knowledge of Learning management processes
Strong MS Office and Excel skills
Strong command on written and verbal English language
Proficient with Business Excellence Practice
Knowledge of Successfactors or any other learning management system
Payroll AdminSkills Required:1 - 2 yrs. experience with with US Payroll
Experience of working on Successfactors
Payroll experience of working with ADP for US, European & Asian Countries
Payroll experience of working with ADP for European & Asian Countries
