Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Candidate from Insurance background would be preferred.

2. Minimum 5 year exp. of Motor Insurance and Drive Motor insurance sales through the agency channel

3. Primary role - Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents.

4. Responsible for managing team of sales managers

5. Conduct continuous agent training program.

6. Retaining existing team

Skills Required:

1. Should be familiar with basics of Insurance. Should have strong convincing power.

2. Industry Experience (Motor) will be preferred.

3. Positive attitude & proactive/ sales driven.

4. Must be able to work under pressure.

5. Should be confident, self-motivated and Interactive.

6. Age: Max 35 years
