Experience: 2+ years of experience in Voice Process & customer service experience for international client.

Required Skills:

Excellent English verbal and written skills.
Outbound calls & collection experience.
Compute complex information with good analytical skills.
Ability in problem solving, good listening and reasoning.
Willing to work in permanent night shifts (US time zones) and rotational offs
