Responsibilities
Position Quality Assurance Executive
Job Responsibility
1. As quality executive, to perform internal audit to ensure compliance of operation
2. Create awareness for standardized operation
3. To organize internal audit to control the quality of network operation to achieve "determined result under fixed process"
4. Continuously taking measure to find non-standard operation and give punishment to process breaching activities following business regulation to improve overall operation quality
Capability Requirement
Professional Skills
Exposure of internal audit
Awareness of operation on live network Change Operation Process
Understanding Standard Operation Procedures
Exposure of Risk assessment, Risk & Impact Analysis of Change
Knowledge of Incident / Fault Management of Telecom operation especially in area of NOC / Remote Delivery
Background to provide training
Common Skills and Personalities
Result-oriented, Achievement oriented
Good communication, understanding, expression, logical thinking, and ability to manage work under pressure
Passion for people, willing to connect and to serve for people.
Strong learning ability, strong driving force.
Education & Experience
Minimum 5 years work experience in Telecom NOC operation as Change Implementer / Change Owner / Change Analyst
Engineering degree in Electronic & Telecommunication
