Job Description

Should have 10 - 12 years of experience in the role of SQA / Process audits
Should have rich implementation experience in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMI V2.0, Agile / Scrum, DevOps - CI/CD
Should have facilitated projects in process implementation, conduct audits, identify and implement process improvements, InfoSec audits, Risk and Compliance
Should be a certified ISO 9001: 2015 auditor and ISO 27001 auditor
Should have undergone CMMI training
Should be a certified Scrum Master (preferred)
Should have implementation experience of CMMI High Maturity including Statistical and Quantitative methods and Six Sigma experience
Able to create macros in Excel for automating the process templates.
Should have knowledge of tools like JIRA, SonarQube etc
Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
