We are looking to hire Oracle Cloud HCM Technical with 4 - 6 years for Bangalore location. Qualifications B. Sc. / M Sc. / BCA / MCA / B. E. / M. E. / B. Tech / M. Tech. / MBA Job Responsibilities We are looking to hire Oracle Cloud HCM Technical with 4 - 6 years for Bangalore location. Purpose To work independently on requirement gathering and development of Extracts Reports and Fast formulas in HCM Overview Responsible for any new development of Extracts Fast Formulas and reports in HCM Fusion Review periodic release notes and application patches to coordinate the impact analysis with various functional SMEs and accordingly retrofit impacted reports and interfaces Able to debug reports or templates used in Interfaces when Batch failure occurs Able to troubleshoot and resolve any interface issues related to Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts on various modules like Core HR Benefits and Payroll in HCM Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field Excellent written verbal presentation and interpersonal communication skills Technical skills including query writing and execution data validation and analysis 3 to 6 years of experience in HCM Extracts Fast Formulas and BI Publisher Domain knowledge of HCM Payroll or Compensation or Benefits Understands waterfall software development lifecycle familiarity with an agile methodology is a plus Experience: 4 to 6 Years Work Location: Bangalore Primary Skills (Must have) Oracle Cloud HCM Technical
