Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Governance and ETL professional with a strong background in data quality, security, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Informatica and extensive experience in implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and tools. This role is crucial for ensuring that enterprise data assets are accurately managed, secure, and used responsibly across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Identify, classify, and document organizational data assets to enhance discoverability and usability.
- Design and enforce data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Implement and maintain data privacy and security protocols in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and implement governance tools to support data management processes.
- Track and report on data governance KPIs including data quality, security, and compliance metrics.
- Collaborate with data owners and stewards to define clear responsibilities and ensure accountability for data assets.
- Maintain and support ETL development and maintenance activities using Informatica, ensuring robust and efficient data integration.
Qualifications:
- Masters or bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1216 years of experience in ETL development and maintenance, with 810 years of specialization in Informatica.
- Strong expertise in data management, data quality, data privacy, and data security.
- Experience in defining and executing data governance frameworks and strategies.
- Knowledge of data classification, stewardship models, and regulatory compliance best practices.
- Familiarity with data governance tools and technologies to support enterprise-wide initiatives
