Job Description

NeoSOFT Technologies is hiring for Sales Operations role for Mumbai Location

Location - Dadar, Mumbai

Experience - 1+yrs

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze sales and pipeline data to support decision-making.
Track key metrics such as lead conversion, sales cycle duration, and revenue forecasts.
Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets.

Preparing MIS reports
Monitor and update CRM data regularly (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
Assist in sales planning, territory mapping, and target setting.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve sales productivity.
Coordinate between sales, marketing, and finance teams for alignment on performance tracking.
Support senior management with insights and recommendations for improving overall sales operations.
