NeoSOFT Technologies is hiring for Sales Operations role for Mumbai Location


Location - Dadar, Mumbai

Experience - 1+yrs


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze sales and pipeline data to support decision-making.
  • Track key metrics such as lead conversion, sales cycle duration, and revenue forecasts.
  • Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets.

  • Preparing MIS reports
  • Monitor and update CRM data regularly (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
  • Assist in sales planning, territory mapping, and target setting.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve sales productivity.
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and finance teams for alignment on performance tracking.
  • Support senior management with insights and recommendations for improving overall sales operations.
