- Monitoring Lead For
- The role holder would have a deep understanding of monitoring technologies and practices, as well as the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- They would also need to be innovative and client-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions What Youll Be Doing: Design and implement advanced monitoring architectures tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients
- Act as a subject matter expert in pre-sales engagements, working closely with the sales team to understand client needs and craft compelling monitoring proposals
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase our monitoring capabilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive monitoring solutions, leveraging a mix of proprietary and open-source tools
- Design solution architectures, and oversee the execution of monitoring projects to ensure successful delivery
- Provide leadership and guidance to the monitoring practice, driving innovation and excellence in solution delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on monitoring-related matters

- Monitoring Lead For
- Minimum of 15+ Years in Infra APM Monitoring, ITOM and AIOps solutions
- Should have handled end to end monitoring deployments
- Should have good knowledge on the latest monitoring solutions including Observability, AIOps and so on Should have hands on experience in any of the leading enterprise monitoring tools like Dyanatrace, Datadog and so on Should be willing to involve in Presales and Solution consulting activities
- Should own Monitoring practice activities
- Willing to work in shifts
- Should be a good team player
