Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Implementing and maintaining network automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, and other IaC tools.
- Designing and deploying network configurations across multiple environments.
- Creating standardized, repeatable processes for network changes and deployments
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards for the Projects
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for network infrastructure
- Troubleshooting complex network issues in Linux environments.
- Collaborating with network engineering and operations teams to identify automation opportunities
- Documenting network architectures, automation workflows, and operational procedures
- Maintaining version control of network configurations and automation code
- Implementing monitoring and alerting network infrastructure
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting
- Advanced knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and architecture.
- Expertise in network automation using Ansible and Terraform
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of infrastructure as code principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and network programmability
- Experience with configuration management tools and practices
- Ability to document complex systems and processes effectively
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
