Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Pre-pay Audit for assigned regions
Processing of staff claim Handle customer queries (emails)
Operational Accounting, Reconciliations and Controls 50% - 60% level of autonomy required to perform the tasks
Daily interaction with PTP team
Work timing based on region and varies from high to medium complex tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

1 year to 2 years of experience in any operations where Japaneese language was used
Level - JLPT certification -N4/N3 is required.
