Cab facilities: One sided based on shift timing.

Job Description:

Handle inbound calls from clients related to Banking process.

Welcome calls and activation calls to clients.

Resolving escalations from clients.

Maintaining client data and troubleshooting if required.

Job Criteria:

Any graduate with 0.5-3years relevant experience.

Candidates should be comfortable to work in 24*7 environment with rotational night shifts.

Transport facilities available.

Chance to pursue further education in any field through company.
