Job Description

• Responsible for the technical design, development, quality, and performance of a web application both as an individual contributor as well as coordinating and reviewing the work of other backend developers on the team.
• Influences and drives team adherence to development processes and creation/maintenances of technical documentations and guides.
• Lead the delivery work (development, quality, build, deploy) for the team.
• Owns technical relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensures good communication and escalation practices are adhered to. Contributes to the wider team development practices to aid continual improvement across the field.
