  • Tech / B.E/ Technical Grads.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support enterprise tools (eg monitoring, ticketing, DevOps, or infrastructure tools)
  • Perform second-level troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with L1 support for escalated incidents and service requests
  • Manage tool configurations, patches, and upgrades
  • Maintain documentation for known issues, fixes, and SOPs
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for advanced troubleshooting
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and incident response timelines
