Job Description
-
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
-
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.
-
Maintain inventory accounting and support stock audits.
-
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, etc.).

2 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or similar).

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax laws.

Excellent MS Excel skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with inventory-heavy businesses or distribution models.

Familiarity with MIS reporting and cost center accounting.
