Job Description

Should have Manufacturing Cloud experience, Apex, Integration and should be familiar with DPE. Hands on Sales force Data Processing Engine experience, Salesforce customization & configuration, Apex, Manufacturing cloud

Developed and implemented strategies to enhance product visibility and streamline the commercial order management

process using Cloud Sense CPQ, resulting in a 24% increase in efficiency.

Customized product rules, pricing models, bundles, and subscription models to optimize B2B telecom sales processes,

enabling faster quote generation.

Designed and set up a Self-Service Ordering Portal with CS Ecommerce and Elastic APIs to improve customer ordering

experience.

Integrated Cloud Sense applications with external systems via REST API ensuring seamless data flow from concept to cash, while maintaining data integrity.
Led implementation of Orchestration processes, automating provisioning, billing, changes, and renewals, improving order

request management.
