Job Description

Manage and maintain company databases spreadsheet and record
Handle documentation filing and record-keeping efficiently
Process and verify invoices purchase orders and financial record
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operation

Required Candidate profile

Bachelors degree in any field
Freshers or candidates with experience in back-office operations data entry or administration.
Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and data management tools
