Job Description

Lead a team of executives in your region to drive technology adoption in hospitals.

Achieve additional business through upselling/cross-selling Dozee solution
Understanding hospital s workflow and fitting Dozee solution in it
Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc. for nurses, doctors and patients Develop strong relationships and brand recall with customers
Resolve operations escalations in hospitals, with the help of operations executive
Create opportunities for brand marketing and presence in hospitals
Ensure payments are done on time by partner hospitals
Regularly update the management and sales team on device usage

Requirement

2+ years of experience in field sales or operations within the healthcare, hospitals, or medical devices industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
.Business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively to hospitals.
Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
Proven experience in team leadership.
