Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular checks on radiation monitoring systems to detect any anomalies or issues.
  • Develop and implement procedures for maintaining accurate records of patient dosimetry calculations and quality assurance testing results.
  • Collaborate with medical physicians to optimize treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to radiation safety and protection.
  • Perform quality control tests on linear accelerators (linacs), simulators, and other radiation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
