Job Description

Channel Development:
Identify, onboard, and develop new insurance brokers and agencies in the assigned region.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing brokers to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
Sales Management:
Achieve premium targets through the broker channel. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Training & Development:
Provide product and compliance training to brokers and their sales teams to enhance their understanding of health insurance offerings.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all brokers comply with IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) guidelines and internal company policies. Maintain accurate and updated documentation.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Provide insights and feedback to product and marketing
