Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM enthusiast for the position of CRM Analyst. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about the implementation and management of CRM systems.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct daily bulk data audits, prepare reports, analyze and work on corrections.
2. Add and manage accounts/contacts within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. Conduct quick one-on-one training sessions with all users.
4. Gather requirements and feedback to improve our data systems and user experience.
5. Coordinate with and assist users in their daily operations, providing hands-on support and guidance.
6. Assist in maintaining data hygiene and contribute to the existing data correction.
