Job Summary:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
Resolve hardware/software issues for Windows
Manage user accounts via Active Directory.
Handle service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication.
