Job Description

  • Map company s sales process with customer s buying process to understand and enhance what skills, knowledge, process and tools are required by our reps to increase velocity and conversion rates at each stage in those processes
  • Develop and manage the 12-18 month Sales Enablement roadmap
  • Establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity.
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
  • Create and update playbooks based on seller feedback and shifting market demands.
  • Help create a development program for frontline managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to lead their sales teams effectively
  • Roll out a comprehensive on-boarding program
  • Partner with sales leadership and establish a sales competency and assessment framework to ensure that the needs of salespeople, and their managers, are met.
  • Participate in the selection and implementation/deployment of technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support product launches by preparing and enabling the sales reps to understand and communicate the value of our solution.
  • Drive the adoption of sales methodologies
  • Be an active participant in delivering the Sales Kick-off
Qualifications
  • Minimumof 2-3 years of experience in a sales enablement role
  • Prior experience in a Sales or Account Management would be a plus
  • Excellent listener and communicator. Any changes within the organization, product offerings, or sales content need to be clearly communicated to all sales reps.
  • Able to multitask and manage various projects spanning multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills - able to keep the audience engaged in a virtual environment with a great story telling ability and with good-looking visuals
  • Minimum Bachelor s degree is preferred
