Job Description

Cognizant is hiring candidates experienced in Retails OMS.

Requirements -

Experience Retail OMS and testing

Experience in Automation Testing - Preferred

Experience - 5 to 15 years

Locations - PAN India

Notice Period - Immediate to 45 days joiners

Interview Mode:

Job Description -

Should have extensive experience of working in any Retail Order management system products like Sterling OMS , Blue Yonder , Microsoft Dynamics 365 etc.
Has knowledge on the entire order lifecycle, from creation to fulfillment, including order placement, processing, and shipping and also inventory management system . Should know the complete process of processing and fulfillment of customer orders from initiation to delivery.
They ensure accurate order entry, track inventory levels, and coordinate with sales, shipping, and customer service departments.
The role involves monitoring order status, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records.
The specialist resolves any order-related issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Experience in Automation Testing is preferred
