Job Description

1. Role & responsibilities
2. Observing and assessing patients: Monitoring vital signs, recording observations, and assessing patient conditions.
3. Patient intake: Obtaining health histories, measurements, and vitals.
4. Developing and implementing care plans: Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and execute patient care plans.
5. Monitoring patient progress: Tracking patient responses to treatments and interventions.
6. Providing emotional support: Offering comfort, reassurance, and guidance to patients and their families.
7. Educating patients and families: Explaining health conditions, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
8. Communicating with healthcare team: Sharing information with physicians, other nurses, and staff members.
9. Maintaining patient records: Documenting patient information and updates in the patient's health record.
