Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate) and a working knowledge of Python. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building automation solutions and applications using Power Platform, along with strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and translate business requirements into effective low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Design and develop scalable, user-friendly applications and automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile or product-led environment to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Apply best practices and design principles of the Power Platform for solution architecture and development.
- Leverage Python for data integration, scripting, or automation as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
Required Skills:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in building applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Good understanding of Power Platform architecture, connectors, and integrations.
- Solid experience in Python for data scripting or automation tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into digital solutions.
- Experience working in Agile or product-driven organizations is preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
