Job Description

Must have worked on ERP projects on production support, Maintenance and enhancements.
Must have worked on all or either of these modules: HCM, finance, SCM, CRM and Payroll modules
Should have good understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, root cause analysis etc
Holding ITIL & PMP certification - Value add
Worked on Ramco ERP - Value add
Must have good team handling experience.
Good with stakeholder management
Ability to handle escalations with solution oriented approach
