Supervisor, Healthcare Systems Implementation Project Manager @ RSM US in India

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Systems Implementation Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare systems implementation and project management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Manage mid to large-sized healthcare technology projects with healthcare providers and related organizations.
• Coordinate and manage internal resources, third parties, vendors, and client representatives for project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage senior client leadership expectations and risks/issues to obtain buy-in and support.
• Mentor project and client teams in project and systems build strategy.
• Understand provider healthcare systems architecture ecosystem.
• Support the definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and evaluating technical feasibility.
• Plan and coordinate resources and forecast activities, developing detailed project plans, monitoring, tracking, and reporting progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques, measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and reporting/escalating to management as needed.
• Successfully manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders, performing risk management to minimize project risks and establishing/maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, communicate internal and external messages, and act as one central point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Provide client consulting by coordinating Technical, Operational, and training assistance to optimize system utilization and efficiency.
• Support the implementation of leading packaged software solutions that address healthcare business and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business needs such as Epic, Meditech, Cerner, and Solventum (3M).
• Deploy innovative healthcare industry-specific solutions and identify, assess, and solve complex business integration problems.
• Contribute to IT systems assessments and software selection projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Management, or a similar program.
• Minimum of five years' experience with systems implementation projects and assessments.
• Direct experience with implementing software in a healthcare setting.
• Prior consulting experience is preferred.
• Experience with leading electronic health records systems is an added bonus.
• This could include software analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation experience as well as application support and issue resolution.
• Experience with 3M Health Information Systems solutions such as Solventum (3M 360 Encompass and Engage One) are an added bonus.
• AI experience within the healthcare landscape is an added bonus.
• PMI Project Management Professional certification is an added bonus.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle, Clinical workflows is an added bonus.
