Job Description

Subject :Relationship Officers Required in Direct Channel in Life Insurance Mumbai : Andheri, Thane Package Upto 4.5 LPA

Hi, One of the leading Life Insurance Company requires

Relationship Manger (RM)

Location : Mumbai(Andheri, Thane)// Bhopal // Indore

Package : UPTO 4.5LPA Significant Hike will be given on current Package

Plus Attractive Incentives and various other benefits like Foreign Tours etc.

Qualification : Graduation

Experience : Minimum One year Experience in Life Insurance

Job Description :

Maintain Customer Relationship

Make relationships and trust with customer via open and interactive communication
Time To Time interaction with the customer via various modes like calls, whatsapp, EDMs etc.
Illistrate customized proposition to the customer basis the important dates (Birthday, Term Renew etc.
Perform Segmented product based campaigns including GLIP, SWP, FWP and others

Perform Service Request Calls

Keep records of customer interactions and ensuring timely processing of client service request
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
