    Key Responsibilities:

    • Data Entry and Updating: Accurately inputting new information and updating existing records in databases and systems. This includes alphanumeric data entry with precision and attention to detail.
    • Data Verification and Validation: Reviewing documents and data for accuracy and completeness, cross-referencing with source materials, and performing validation checks to ensure data integrity.
    • Data Cleaning and Formatting: Identifying and correcting errors, removing duplicates, and standardizing data formats to ensure consistency.
    • Database Management: Assisting in organizing databases, creating new records, updating entries, and maintaining data security and confidentiality protocols.
    • Document Management: Handling physical documents, including scanning, indexing, and filing them appropriately in electronic or paper-based systems.
    • Quality Control: Performing regular checks to identify and rectify discrepancies or inaccuracies in the data.
    • Reporting and Analysis Support: Assisting in generating reports, summaries, or dashboards based on processed data for analysis and decision-making.
    • Administrative Tasks: Often includes other general office duties such as answering phones, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to other staff.
    • Maintaining Confidentiality: Adhering to data privacy regulations and organizational policies to protect sensitive information.
