Job Description

We are hiring for Customer service Associates - International Process ( Voice) for Airoli Location ( Navi Mumbai)

Process:International voice process (24*7 shift & 2 rotational week offs)

Rounds of interview would be via telephonic/video interview

Initially its work from home & after lockdown, you will have to start reporting at office

Job responsibility:

Handling inbound calls-Customer Service profile

To successfully resolve customer Queries / Complaints.

Fresher/Experience in International customer service Process

Should be comfortable with Night Shift ( Flexible with 24 / 7 & rotational Shifts and Rotational off)

Good Communication Skills

Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Min. 0-10 yrs of Experience in domestic/international voice process/experience in any field & Freshers with good communication skills can be considered .
