Job Description
We at eClerx are hiring for Financial Analyst Position - Confirmations.- End-to-end processing and management of confirmations including: drafting, indexing, incoming review, affirmations, discrepancy resolution and exception management.
- Develop and monitor key control metrics and take appropriate remediation actions.
- Lead discussions with internal teams (FO / MO) to resolve discrepancies and other issues.
- Mailbox and Queue management.
- Develop domain expertise through ongoing industry research
- Support our knowledge management endeavor by sharing process knowledge and best practices within and across teams
- Strategically optimize processes to minimize program dependency
- Business functions include drafting, discrepancy resolution, exception management and review of incoming confirmations
- Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Ability to draft equity derivatives
Options ( Barrier, Share, Index, Custom Basket, Dividend, Corporate Actions)
Structures PTE( KO, KI, upsize, down size,, corporate actions),
and FI derivatives product types
- Strong understanding of ISDA document and framework
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible team player able to work across different time-zones and cultures
- Self-Motivated, organized decision maker and self-starter with proven organizational skills Strong quantitative, analytical and logical reasoning abilities
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems creatively
