• In US Healthcare , an EV Caller focuses on assist patients and providers by clarifying insurance benefits and resolving coverage issues.
• Contact insurance companies and use online portals to confirm patient eligibility and benefits
• Ensure all insurance details are properly recorded in the system for billing and administrative use .
• Respond to benefit inquiries from healthcare providers to facilitate accurate treatment planning and billing
• Gather details on policy coverage , including limits, co-pays, deductions and exclusions .
